Iltija Mufti is the daughter of the Ex-Chief Minister, who said that Article 370 should not be abrogated. She and her father supported the terrorists of J&K. It is a sad situation, and they are still not learning. One defect in Islam religion is that all people following Islam think that they are brothers and they must follow the Shia and Sunni sects. An example is one sect removing the democratically elected prime minister Shaikh Hasina. Some nations are using Muslims to destabilize other countries. European democratically elected states are also changed by their Supreme Court order. Romania is an example.

I always appreciated I have always appreciated Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah, and I am proud that my judgment was correct. After winning elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah confirmed that J&K is a part of India and a crown of India. I agree with him that India can survive only once all religions are submerged together in Indian culture with the majority of Hindus, Muslims, and Christians.

The time is ripe now when Muslims in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh join together and all these states join and become vibrant parts of Asia. The unity of Asian states is as important as the unity of European states including Scandinavian states and Russia.

This planet is for humanity and people should come forward to unite all religions, castes, colours, and races, though I know many think it is a utopian philosophy. Time is a factor and we all are moving in that direction of United we stand and divided we fall.

MYogiAdityanath and Narendra Modi, are right when they talk about the unity of people "United we stand and divided we fall". Nowhere do these leaders talk and advocate the unity of one caste or one religion. Anti-people, corrupt, and selfish politicians propagate selfish thoughts to woo some people belonging to one race and faith to gain power during elections.

India always stands for सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः तथा वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम (Sarve Bhaventu Sukhina and Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam mean prosperity and happiness to all and one world - one family - one future).

I asked many learned people ambassadors, academics, political leaders of states, and common people whom I met while I traveled. All confirm that we all are moving in the direction of unity in diversity, and science and technology are helping people to achieve it.

• Central rule revoked in J&K ahead of Omar Abdullah's swearing-in as CM (msn.com) 

J&K was put under the central rule on 31 October 2019. Article 370 providing special status to J&K was abrogated and the state split into two union territories on 5 August 2019.

• The gazette notification issued by the Home Ministry on behalf of President Droupadi Murmu said; “In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 73 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019 (34 of 2019) read with Articles 239 and 239A of the Constitution of India, the order dated 31st October 2019 in relation to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall stand revoked immediately before the appointment of the Chief Minister under Section 54 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019”.

  Omar is likely to be administered the oath by Wednesday.

  J&K was without an elected government since 19 June 2018 when the BJP withdrew support to Mehbooba Mufti who was leading the PDP-BJP coalition government. Thereafter, J&K was put under the Governor’s rule till 5 August 2019 when the state’s own Constitution was abolished with the scrapping of Article 370.

National Conference party of Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) won elections in J&K held in October 2024. I always advocated Shaikh Abdullah of J&K that he is the right person for India and peace in the subcontinent. He criticized and did not agree when Atal Bihari Vajpayee agreed to the demands of the Home Minister of India Mr Mufti Mohamad, whose daughter was kidnapped. But RAW and Sonia Congress compelled him to release those terrorists from J&K jails after negotiating with the terrorists who high-jacked an Indian Airlines plane to Afghanistan. I have known him for a long time as he was very close to the family of Mohan Meakin Ltd Rakesh Bakshi. Omar Abdullah is an educated person and I hope is now mature enough to lead J&K. Omar said rightly by stating that J&K must develop good relations with the center of India. I appreciate Omar Abdullah's initiative.
