Godhara Kand caused anti-Muslim riots across Gujarat, such as in Ahmedabad city. Congress ruled India during this period. Nanavati Ayog reported that Godhara was preplanned the murder of Karsevaks. Corrupt politician - Lalu Yadav, Railway Minister, changed the ground realities. Congress caused this conflict. SIT confirmed certain basic issues. 31 people were charged and ordered life imprisonment. People confirm that truth is not informed. 
The reaction of the Godhara genocide caused the Gujarat riots. 

BBC reported on the Godhara and Ahmedabad riots of 2002. There is nothing wrong in this. Each coin has two sides. It depends on how the reader and viewer conclude and think about this report.

Facts are available in the literature review. One can compare it with Jallian Wala Bagh, the conflict between British troops and Ireland from August 1969 till 1972. 3500 people were killed, and mostly these were civilians.

Many people are killed before elections in democratic countries due to racial hatred. Tambiah has rightly said that political elites provoke nationalist/religious sentiments and anger among ordinary members of the group, thereby causing riots as a means of maintaining or gaining political power.

Politicians worldwide are not afraid of any resultant deaths of ordinary people. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine, supported by NATO, is a burning example of today.

Godhara and Gujarat riots

On 27 February 2002, one train carrying Hindu activists was burned by Muslims in Godhara - 59 died in one carriage. Anti-Muslim riots erupted across Gujarat, such as in Ahmedabad city. As a reaction, Hindus killed 2000 people, and 1,40,000 people became homeless.

 Punjab University students of Lahore in Pakistan are discussing the Identity crisis in Pakistan. Punjabi Muslims are not debating about the bomb blast in Masjid in Pakistan. Pakistan is also a costume store and thinks about different dresses of identity. United Nations discuss the equality of states, but each state does not have power Veto power. Supreme Court of India hijacked the Indian constitution. It happened slowly in 75 years of Indian democracy when corrupt practices became a necessity to exist. Corruption percolated in all spheres of democracy - judiciary, executives, legislatures, and media. Indians know and suffered due to corrupt practices of law enforcement machinery.

Thank God, the well-experienced and selfless politician (Modi) was selected by the Indian majority to power in time. Otherwise, India would be suffering the same way that many nascent democracies are suffering and collapsing. Sri Lanka and Pakistan are new examples.
Narender Bhai Modi is trying his best to correct the mistakes committed by selfish people. Selfless people united India, and now selfless Indians are uniting people again by democratic means.
Democracy is for the people, by the people. For administration, democracy needs a judiciary and executives. Media is an instrument of help to the judiciary and executive. Army and intelligence protect democracy from internal and external threats.
In other words, the judiciary must accept the will of the legislatures elected by the people under the constitution. The constitution is framed by the judiciary under the guidance of legislatures. Executives execute the will of the people under the judicial frame.
No one is independent. All complement and supplement each other to provide security and prosperity to the people. Nothing is constant. It changes and must change to fulfill the new dreams of the people.
