India Challenges Unipolarity in International Order.

17 April 2024
Helen Clark says that New Zealand should not be part of AUKUS. She tries to be non aligned, which is not in the interest of NZ. "The question is: when does #NZ get named as one of those stoking up tensions in the #AsiaPacific region as the NZ Govt lurches headlong towards embrace of 2nd pillar of #Aukus, a grouping whose main architect explicitly describes as aimed at China, our major trading partner?"

China blasts Israel at the UN: "This is a grave violation of the UN Charter and international law and a breach of the sovereignty of both Syria and Iran. This attack is of an extremely vicious nature... 25 years ago, China's embassy in Yugoslavia was bombed by a US-led NATO airstrike... we feel the grief and pain of the Iranian government and people... To allow impunity for such reckless acts would send a seriously wrong signal and would encourage even more risky acts... the red line of international law and the basic norms of international relations has been breached time and again, and the moral bottom line of human conscience has been crushed time and again."

PUTIN (2022): "The world is entering a period of revolutionary transformations... An emancipatory, anti-colonial movement against unipolar hegemony is taking shape."

Global Times on X: "#Editorial: The US has never concealed its hegemonic aims, nor does it regard encroachment on other countries' sovereignty as something to be ashamed of, which is even more infuriating than the hegemonic behavior itself. https://t.co/MjrdyvNcBJ https://t.co/isNctmJvIF" / X (twitter.com)      USA wants to dominate the world. China is objecting this domination. India and Russia also objects. There are many examples of US domination and interfering in the other countries. For example Shah of Iran, Saddam of Iraq, Orange revolution and break up of Yugoslavia.

2. CAA in India: Indian foreign ministry tells US state department to stop giving "lectures" given its "limited understanding of India's pluralistic traditions." This follows the state department expressing concern over India giving effect to its Citizenship Amendment Act, even though this new law is akin to America's Lautenberg Amendment, a lifeline for Christians, Jews and other minorities to escape religious persecution and start anew in the US. The Indian law will grant citizenship to members of religious minorities, including Hindus, Christians and Sikhs, that fled persecution in three neighboring Islamic countries (Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh).

The US largely make the rules of the current “rules-based global order." It also seems to believe itself exempt from key rules and norms. Not surprisingly, international law is powerful against the powerless, but powerless against the powerful. Brahma Chellaney

"At this inflection point in history, we will be judged by whether or not we live up to the promises we made to those who will inherit the world we create. The road ahead is long and difficult, but if we preserve, persevere, and prevail, we can deliver progress for everyone." Tweet of Joe Biden dated 25 January 2023.

What should be the policies of the New World Order for the sustainable development of the planet?

Arab countries challenge unipolarityAlexander Dugin tweets on the conflict between Israel and Palestine
"Multipolarism is strengthening, the intensity of Western hegemony in the collective non-West is weakening. The West's allies in the Islamic world - especially Turkey and the Saudis - do not automatically follow every order from Washington. This is the situation in which the Islamic pole, which recently provocatively joined the BRICS, will be put to the test.
Of course, the conflict could spread to other territories. The involvement of Iran and Hezbollah cannot be excluded, which means the potential transfer of hostilities to the territories of Lebanon and Syria. In Israel itself, there are enough Palestinians who fiercely hate Jews. All this could have unpredictable consequences. In my opinion, the US and the globalists will try to shut everything down now, as they can achieve nothing good from further escalation. One more thing: the analogies between separatism, irredentism, etc. in different regions of the world are no longer valid. The West recognizes both territorial unity and the right of peoples to secede when it benefits them and does not recognize them when they are not beneficial. There are no rules. In fact, we should treat the matter the same way (and indeed we do). What is favorable to us is right." https://twitter.com/Agdchan/status/1710607550326943989

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday accused the U.S. of 'arrogance' in telling other countries how to behave. In his annual keynote speech at the Valdai Discussion Club, this year in Sochi, Putin addressed the United States. "All the time, we hear, 'You must', 'You have to', We're seriously warning you'. Who are you anyway? What right do you have to warn anyone? Maybe it’s time you yourself got rid of your arrogance and stopped behaving that way towards the world." Putin said Russia saw all civilizations as equal and was ready for "constructive cooperation" while the West, which he accused of having forgotten the meaning of compromise and seeing any country that opposed it as an enemy. Putin also suggested that the plane crash that killed Wagner mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin in August was caused by hand grenades detonating inside the aircraft, not by a missile attack. The private Embraer jet on which Prigozhin was travelling to St. Petersburg crashed north of Moscow on Aug. 23, killing all 10 people on board. Youtube Global News 6 October 2023.

President #Putin: The prosperity of the West has been achieved by robbing colonies for several centuries. Its level of development has been achieved by robbing the entire planet. ☝️ The history of the West is the chronicle of endless expansion. Putin tweeted 🔗 is.gd/tOUi7K

Russian President Vladimir Putin says, "They are trying to cast everyone who is not ready to blindly follow these Western elites as the enemy... At a certain point in time, they tried to do the same with India. Now they are flirting, of course. We all understand this very well. We feel and see the situation in Asia. Everything is clear. I want to say that the Indian leadership is self-directed. It is led by the national interests. I think that those attempts make no sense. But, they continue. They are trying to cast Arabs as the enemy. They are trying to be careful, but overall, that's what it all boils down to."
Putin's saying some countries get labeled as enemies if they don't blindly follow Western ideas. He mentions India faced it before, but he sees India making its own choices based on national interests. Similar things, he says, happening with Arabs.

Putin: Europe has lost its sovereignty, what will such a partner do for us? "Europe was forced to make decisions that were detrimental to it, it did so because of the loss of sovereignty. And, now I ask, what does such a partner do for us? We are leaving the European market, which is slowly shutting down," said the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin . - "Russia is largely moving away from the declining European market towards growing markets, including Asia," Putin said and reminded that Europe, after abandoning Russian energy sources, buys them from the United States, but at a 30 percent higher price.
Eurpoe is dependent on United States of America. Europe is not independent. NATO consists of major military powers like US, Britain, Germany, France and Italy.
There is no group of states opposing NATO. One state alone cannot face war with NATO. Russia, China and India must unite to balance political power on this planet.

Washington, DC: EAM Dr S Jaishankar says, "The world as we live it today, is largely a Western construct. Now, if you look at the world architecture, there's been obviously enormous change in the last 8 years... Now, for India, when we confront a largely Western-created architecture. Obviously, we would like to, encourage and facilitate and induce and pressurize changes which are badly needed...So I make this very important distinction where India is concerned. India is non-western. India is not anti-western..."
Dr. Jai Shankar said, "India is non-Western but India is not anti-Western".

ANI News informs that Washington, DC: On India- Canada row, EAM Dr S Jaishankar says, "...For us, it has certainly been a country where, organized crime from India, mixed with trafficking in people, mixed with secessionism, violence, terrorism. It's a very toxic combination of issues and people, who have found operating space there... Today, I'm actually in a situation where my diplomats are unsafe going to the embassy, or to the consulate in Canada. They are publicly intimidated. And that has actually compelled me to temporarily suspend even visa operations in Canada..."

1. Rakesh Krishnan Simha tweets that "When Pakistani dictator Yahya Khan was committing the genocide of his own Bengali citizens, US President Richard Nixon and his sidekick Henry Kissinger solidly backed him. In fact, it was his barbaric side they loved because he was killing the hated Hindu."

2. Maria Zakharova - Russian FM spokesperson Maria Zakharova commented on the resignation of the speaker of the Canadian House of Commons: "Rota was made a scapegoat, taking Trudeau and his associates, among whom, I should remind you, are descendants of collaborators from the The Ukrainian Insurgent Army, out of harm's way. For the Nazi slogans "Glory to Ukraine", which greeted Zelensky, no one apologized." Zakharova also expressed confidence that "the same ignominious future awaits all those who support the "Forest Brothers", "Galicia", torchlight processions, Banderaites and other Nazi scum around the world."

Shame west who bargains lives for money. Guardian prints analysis of Pjotr Sauer on Armenia exodus.  "Baku for years has been said to employ so-called “caviar diplomacy”: using cash and gifts to buy influence in Europe. The Guardian previously revealed how Azerbaijan funnelled about $2.9bn (£2.2bn) out of the country via a network of secret British companies to pay supporters, lobbyists and politicians in Europe, buy luxury goods and services, and launder money for the Azerbaijani elite"

The main world aggressor is the USA, not Russia - ex-CIA analyst
Over the past 32 years, the United States has conducted an average of eight military operations per year, recalled former CIA analyst Larry Johnson. “Now let’s look at Russia, how long has it spent? Five? And all of them were on its borders and were tied to conflicts that directly affected the security of Russia. What about China? None! The last time, I think, was when they tried to fight Vietnam, when they invaded Cambodia,” he said on the Dialogue Works channel. In the United States, politicians often present Russia and China as aggressive military empires that sleep and dream of how they can conquer new territories, and then the whole world. This is a good psychological technique called projection. But the only country that has consistently done this for the last 30 years is the United States. Not Russia or China, Johnson added.https://twitter.com/Sprinter99800/status/1706915431418642516

India's #SJaishankar addressed the 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session (UNGA78). Jaishankar started his speech by saying “There is much that India has to share." "In our deliberations, we often advocate the promotion of a rules-based order. From time to time, respect for the UN Charter is also invoked. But for all the talk, it is still a few nations who shape the agenda and seek to define the norms. This cannot go on indefinitely. Nor will it continue to go unchallenged." https://twitter.com/MeghUpdates/status/1706665518613266921

2. China, Japan and South Korea are keeping in contact over high-level talks on trilateral cooperation, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin disclosed at a routine press conference on Monday, ahead of scheduled three-way meetings this week and amid Seoul’s push to revive the long-stalled leaders’ meeting between the three countries.   https://www.globaltimes.cn/page/202309/1298919.shtml

3. Khalistanis target India missions in Canada, and guess who issues a travel advisory? The govt of Canada asks citizens to “exercise caution” while visiting India because they “fear protests.” Fuss about a perceived threat, without acting on the obvious threat faced by Indians - diplomatic missions targeted, temples vandalised.
India raises the issue at the UNGA. Without naming Trudeau, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar says “political convenience” should not “determine responses to terrorism, extremism and violence.” https://twitter.com/palkisu/status/1706705017053511886

4. “Respect for territorial integrity & non-interference in Internal Affairs cannot be exercises in cherry picking. When reality departs from the rhetoric, we must have the courage to call it out” Dr JaiShankar in UNGA 2023. Biggest takeaway from India’s EAM in UNGA78.

6. Today's world has become a community of shared future, with countries riding together on a ship of shared fate. No matter how powerful a country may be, it cannot dominate the world alone and must engage in global cooperation. globaltimes.cn/page/202309/12 In 2013, President Xi Jinping put forward the idea of building a global community of shared future, emphasizing that all countries should dedicate themselves to global peace and common development.

7 Canada representative said in UNGA78 | Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Canada to the United Nations in New York Robert Rae says, "At the same time, as we put great emphasis on the importance of equality, we also have to uphold the values of free and democratic societies. We cannot bend the rules of state to state relations for political expediency. Because we've seen and continue to see the extent to which democracies are under threat through various means of foreign interference. But the truth is, if we don't adhere to the rules that we've agreed to, the very fabric of our open and of our free societies, start to tear" https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1706856561136783798
Samita Prakash contradicts this statement. "A bit rich when western democracies talk of foreign interference when for decades, even centuries they have used those very tools to exploit & compound divisions in the rest of the world. The so-called ‘liberal international order’ is being hollowed out by it’s own contradictions" https://twitter.com/smitaprakash/status/1706859046333219318

Aditya Raj Kaul tweets :"India’s External Affairs Minister strongly responds to on Canadian Prime Minister ’s allegations on Khalistani terrorist Nijjar killing: “Canada last few years has seen a lot of organised crime, secessionism, violence, and extremism. They are all very deeply mixed up. We have actually been badgering the Canadians. We have given them a lot of information on organized crime leadership that operates in Canada. There are a large number of extradition requests. There are terrorist leaders who have been identified. Our concern is that it’s really been very permissive because of political reasons. Our diplomats are threatened. Our consulates are attacked. And often comments are made about there is interference in our politics. A lot of it is justified by saying that’s how democracies work”. “We told the Canadians if you have something specific let us know. We are open to looking at it”. Jaishankar also counters fake stories, and propaganda by responding to a journalist. On questions about “Intelligence Allegations”, Jaishankar says, “I am not part of Five Eyes. I am certainly not part of FBI”."

Serj Tankian tweets "Shame on you Your energy partner is a Genocidal dictator who starved, killed and forcibly displaced my people. We will not forgive nor forget your realpolitik. His master Erdogan wouldn’t even let you sit next to the men. How could you sleep at night ? Change your position. Let it be known that Azerbaijan’s actions are inexcusable tantamount to genocide and that you will use your power to convince the EU to sanction Azerbaijan and find other sources of energy if needed or something to redeem yourself."
