"Yogi Adityanath is the two-time chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and head seer of the Gorakhnath Math. Prior to this, he also had the feat of becoming the youngest MP at the age of 26 after he was elected to the lower house of parliament from Gorakhpur parliamentary constituency of the state of Uttar Pradesh in 1998 after his Guru Mahant Avaidyanath chose to retire from active politics and declared Adityanath as his successor. “According to Muslim canon Law, the world is divided into two camps, Dar-ul-Islam (abode of Islam) and Dar-ul-Harb (abode of war). A country is Dar-ul-Islam when it is ruled by Muslims. A country is Dar-ul-Harb when Muslims only reside in it but are not rulers of it. That being the Cannon Law of the Muslims, India cannot be the common motherland of the Hindus and the Musalmans-but it cannot be the land of the ‘Hindus and Musalmans living as equals’. Further, it can be the land of the Musalmans only when it is governed by the Muslims. The moment the land become subject to the authority of a non-Muslims power, it ceases to be the land of the Muslims. Instead of being Dar-ul-Islam it becomes Dar-ul-Harb.
It might also be mentioned that Hijrat is not the only way of escape to Muslims who find themselves in a Dar-ul-Harb. There is another injunction of Muslim Cannon Law called Jihad (crusade) by which it becomes ‘incumbent on a Muslim ruler to extend the rules of Islam until the whole world shall have been brought under its sway. The world, being divided into two camps, Dar-ul-Islam (abode of Islam), Dar-ul-Harb (abode of war), all countries come under one category or the other. Technically, it is the duty of the Muslim ruler, who is capable of doing so, to transform Dar-ul-Harb into Dar-ul-Islam. The fact remains that India, if not exclusively under Muslim rule, is a Dar-ul-Harb and the Musalmans according to the tenets of Islam are justified in proclaiming a Jihad. Not only can they proclaim Jihad but they can call the aid of a foreign Muslim power to make Jihad success, or if the foreign Muslim power intends to proclaim a Jihad, help that power in making its endeavor a success.” To be verified - it is twitter information from Monidipadey on 1 August 2023. Nehru, some other politicians, and colonial masters did not like Subhash Chander Bose. Nehru's family did not let people know facts about Bose. Purely on legal terms, I understand that Circumstantial Evidence & Conclusive Evidence are two separate terms!
Both Shanawaj Committee & Khosla Commission found no Conclusive Evidence of Netaji's death in the plane crash! Nehru himself admitted to Suresh Bose there was no Conclusive Evidence, only Circumstantial! Said he had no proof!
Some more Crucial Points:
1 All inquiries looked into whether Netaji died in a plane crash or not! But NONE ENQUIRED WHETHER HE WENT UNDERGROUND OR NOT? WHY? When all circumstantial evidence was there for it! How come you believe one circumstantial evidence and for the other you are not prepared to take note?
2 Col Habibur Rehman as per his statement was not only a prime witness but himself part of the entire episode! Why not take his evidence as Conclusive? Why say only Circumstantial evidence there?
3 Answer is they knew the truth!
4 Many other witnesses had a different narrative to tell like Col Dr Ram Chandra Rao, present at Saigon, who stated that the plane landed back after some time & Netaji got out! He said much more standing in chains before Khosla but his evidence was not taken as Circumstantial! Why?
5 Why was the testimony of Col Dr. Kasliwal, that he examined the burns on Habibur Rehman's hands and told him they were self-inflicted brushed aside by Khosla? Where is the British Medical report on this?
6 Why Col Ehsan Qadir and Col Mehboob's statements that Rehman gave a different narrative to them in Salimgarh were ignored? To the British that Netaji died in his arms & to the INA officers that he was in a separate ward & when told about his death he ran towards his room but was checked by the Japanese and injected. Was almost unconscious for a week!
7 Does Taiwan Govt report that no plane crash took place there for a year is false? Why was this report hidden from Khosla Committee? Why were the so-called plane crash photos rejected then by Khosla? Yet, he like a slave of the Nehru family concludes death in a crash?
8 Why none of the Enquiries looked into Intelligence reports of US, UK, and French agencies?
9 Why are IB records not asked?
10 Why did IB director Mallik lie that IB had nothing to do with this issue as declassified files speak otherwise?
11 Nehru spied via IB not only on Bose family but anyone who even researched on Netaji?
12 There are more issues related to the deaths also of those who claimed Netaji was alive, like Inspector and Forward Block MP!
I have only highlighted a few points here to make a point, though many others in books by Samar Guha, Anuj Dhar, and myself!

Caste Politics in India - Bihar High court judgment
"When all Indians are equal can the judiciary encourage caste divisions? After the Bihar High Court judgement allowing Caste Census all Social Reformers who fought against Caste divisions have become redundant! My Lords have put a stamp on the British Policy of Divide & Rule adopted in Census of 1871 when traditional Indian communities were overnight converted into "low castes!
Caste is a convenient tool in the lust for power by politicians to bake their bread!
Such judgment at a time when the youth are breaking caste taboos to move united for a strong India I see this judgment as going back to British & Feudal days under current Feudal Caste Parties Rule!
I was a petitioner against the caste census and have all the right to comment! Will love to face Judicial dictatorship!

I am thankful to Professor Stephen Hoadley and Chris Wilson of the University of Auckland and the New Zealand government, who helped me to learn political theory and politics of power.
The choice for mankind lies between freedom and happiness and for the great bulk of mankind, happiness is better. Human rights are important but human responsibilities are more important than human rights. There can be no sustainable development without peace and no peace without sustainable development. Humanity must work together to end poverty, and the miseries of human beings by educating the masses.
Greed and grievance cause conflict. Capital and religion exacerbate it. Spiritual political energy is required to counter greed, grievance, capital, and religious evil intentions.

Politics is not just what politicians do, although governments provide a large part of it. One of the basic questions we ask is "Who gets what, when, and how?
Instruments of politics include discussion, propaganda, persuasion, legislation, administration, threats, bribes, and the use of armed force.
Politics affects all of us. It revolves around our core values and the struggle for power.
We must explore how political parties, governments, institutions, and activists shape the world we live in. We must know ethics and ideology as well as politics in practice.
People must understand that Politics and International Relations (P&IR) is about relationship that involves power, authority, influence, conflict, cooperation, selfishness, and altruism.
International Relations: "Look at how states and international organizations like the United Nations interact and how they respond to human rights, global inequality, foreign policy, and security."
Political Theory: " Discover the history of political thought as well as contemporary issues, including human rights, rights, justice, democracy, ethics, and nationalism."
Comparative Politics: "Different countries have vastly different approaches to the big issues. Compare how political behavior around the world differs, including how we deal with conflict, the environment, and economic issues."
Social justice is possible only when all barriers that people face based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, culture, or disability are removed. Justice, equality, fraternity, individuality, dignity, and respect for women.
People that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves, and traitors are not victims... but accomplices.
Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear. The object of terrorism is terrorism, oppression, torture, murder, and power. During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.
People must know that political opinions are many. Viable political theories appear fewer. Many NGOs, politicians, executives, judges, workers, media workers, and saints are human beings. Government is the reflection of the human nature of society. Culture does not change easily. It takes a pretty long time to change the culture of the society.
Politics in India during Sonia Congress time from 1980 onward - best explained by Jaspal Bhatti's serial. Bhatti was murdered in a road accident later in India. Bhatti passed his engineering from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh.
Now Narender Bhai Modi is trying his best to improve constructive politics.
