How to clean blood veins

Flaxseed is to be taken. It should be roasted and powdered to take two teaspoons full of powder with anything like water, curd, or food.

Dip two - three Walnuts in the water during the night and then eat in the morning of two-three walnuts.

Apple Cider vinegar (Acetic acid) (ACV)should be the mother of vinegar. It should not be filtered and pasteurized: one glass of water + one tea Spoon full (TSF) of ACV + 1 TSF Honey + 1 TSF of Lime (Nimbu ka Ras). Take around half an hour before food taking.

Fytika Omega 3 of 1000 strength - one or two tablets per day. Take it after breakfast and dinner. Consult your doctor (GP) about this. 

Garlic: It helps in reducing cholesterol. AAnti Oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. it is a blood thinner. Cut two pieces into small parts and then take it.
