It informs how many TV channels create confusion and harm the unity of the people. New York Times trying to create hatred against Asians, in particular the Chinese community.
I have noted one thing during this coronavirus episode: there is an abundance of news. Media owners of 400 TV Channels in India and other democratic countries do not inform news as an abstract perfect truth. On the contrary, each channel adds fuel to the fire.
I agree with Richard Nixon "When information which properly belongs to the public is withheld by those in power [and media], the people soon become ignorant of their own affairs, distrustful of those who manage them, and eventually, incapable of determining their own destinies." But still, I believe that digital media can change humanity's destiny.
How can Coronavirus change the future? Unfortunately, it is too early to prepare a road map of the welfare world in new changed conditions in the world.
Population control, uniform code of conduct and religion, sustainable development in each continent, environment, a multilateral world with sustainable regions, and transparent governance are key factors to be discussed by intellectuals of the world's universities. Will MNCs finance? And if yes, then for what results?

FaceBook informs later that "The information in this post is a mix of true and false statements or it could simply be incomplete. In some cases, the information is misleading." I also wrote about masks.  That is why I wrote A new study that informs that masks can reduce the chances of Coronavirus. Do not neglect face masks. Masks can be stitched at home. It is not rocket science. Please use masks to fight Coronawar.
This curve indicates that countries that adopted masks fared better than other countries, assuming other conditions were the same. This report is from Nassim Nicholas Taleb on Twitter. Please do not get into elevators, buses, etc., unless you wear a mask.
I do not agree with this report completely, as South Korea is handled differently than Singapore. Masks are important, but other conditions of administration can not be ruled out. South Korea adopted a test, test, and test policy for its technical capabilities and took the matter seriously from starting. Italy, Spain, and the US took it lightly. India may suffer due to large population, poor town planning, and migrant population to cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Goa, Calcutta, Patna, Shimla, etc."

Corona Virus after 27 March 2020.

These are some of the rare photos I have. Time has flowed and shall flow further under the bridge of life. We may meet or may not meet each other. Life after some months will not be the same.

Many things will change. Some events may give new perspectives to life. Many may feel the importance of love and affection. In Germany, it was never, not even during WW1 or WW2. The economics is in difficulty. We all can do together and help each other. Each person has to play his part. Do not take it lightly. Wash your hands and try do not to come in contact with elders. Now try to keep your distance. Travel only if it is most necessary. Leave no one as alone. Try to use Skype, internet so that you do not feel lonely. Do not trust news from others. Believe only in government news. We do not know how many we can lose? This situation "ist Ernst."

I only wish that there should not be a conflict that may create scars in the lives of humanity. I have moved and traveled to many countries. People around the world are the same. All are bio species. All want to live in peace and happiness. No one wants war. Why do Conflicts exist?

I am not able to find a reason. The literature explains conflict due to primordialism, constructivism, religion, instrumentalism, inequality. Academician talks of soft and hard power. Religion focuses on ego, desire, lust, jealousy, anger, and the nature of bio species. Nevertheless, I am still hopeful that humanity shall and can find a solution to minimize deadly conflicts. Criminals create conflict but can be controlled by law and order.


My birthplace is Rohana Kalan Muzaffar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. I visited to get my birth certificate. The Head of the village certified that there is no record of death and birth before 1960.

India is still lagging. The number of facilities is still less, and it is costly. People are accepting symptoms only. In many cases in India, one goes to Homeopathy, Ayurvedic, or homemade solutions like Tulsi and liquid of GLO tree to take care of malaria or unknown diseases. Success is based on the success of the stars' location. But this is what is the reality in India.

Coronavirus advice by Jaipal Datta

The reality in this world is, the US and many other rich countries do not have the capacity to treat all people. India and other poor countries with large populations can not meet this corona virus' deadly attack/tragedy, for some are uneducated. Some are educated but behave like uneducated, some are poor and live on streets, some come from remote villages in India to earn their livelihood in cities, some are migrants from neighbor countries and not having any papers (a slogan used by them was "Paper nahin dikhayenge), some are wealthy but still poor to help others and many other unknown cases to me.


What can we do in India? At this critical time, I believe that one should listen to Prime Minister Modi and the chief minister of the province. "Remain at home; restrict your movement if very essential." This is only for the rich and middle class and lower-middle-class families who can follow this. People in villages of India, who are isolated due to the least development, must avoid coming in contact with the family members who are reaching back from metropolitan cities. Do not go to hospitals, as it may affect the staff of hospitals. Be calm and stay in your home and go out in emergencies only to purchase basics. But nothing can be done and can be planned. Each person should use his mind to the best of his capacities. Think about others and do not be selfish, as no one knows who will need whom.


For poor people in India, who do not have their homes and live in huts in the suburbs of cities or sleep on the roads or with traffickers, I request you to go to nearby government offices, tehsildars, magistrates, police officials, temples, churches, mosques, and political leaders. Please inform them of the facts that you are legal or illegal and obey their orders. So for these people, destiny is the only solution that can give them peace during this struggle. So do not be agitated as it shall not help anyone.


This is the time when IAS, IPS, IRS, and state governments executives should come out and help these poor people, for rich and middle-class families can take care of themselves.
No heated arguments are accepted by anyone during this critical juncture. So be calm and listen to the government officers.


The media should be vigilant and should be disciplined in reporting. Any agenda, framing, biases, dramas by media and politicians should be avoided. Any media reporter or politician should not add fuel to the fire. Instead, help and help others till we all can and live to see the future. No one knows who may survive and who may feel sorry for their bad behavior to your neighbor or others.


At this critical time, I remember Sardar Shaym Singh of Rohana Kalan, Helmut Richter, and Frau Richter. My German family, my parents, and my boss respected Kapil Mohan and many who helped me.

Today we all are soldiers and doing our duties to protect our community or humanity by staying at home and obeying the orders of politicians. Therefore, I am writing this note to clarify that any action, including the Chinese method to treat COVID-19 (Trump), is justified in this war against invisible combatants.
We are fighting a war against the invisible enemy (Presidents and Prime Ministers of the world said so). Is this war against coronavirus just? There is no doubt that humanity shall agree that this war is a just war. It has killed many elderly and other innocents. This invisible enemy is attacking all human beings.
I shall not go to details of thinking ethically or morally / it means consequentialist or deontologist. But I shall think about Jus ad Bellum and Jus in Bello. But, first, we must establish a set of conditions that must be fulfilled before a war could be considered just?
Jus ad Bellum: There is just cause, right authority, right intent, reasonable hope of success, the aim of peace. It also confirms the proportionality of ends. There is no doubt that this war is just war. This means the coronavirus war is on. I do agree that immediate action is required to be successful. According to my, we are already in "Jus in Bello."
Are enemy combatants using civilians as human shields? Is it permissible to target them? What is to be done if combatants in human beings do not obey the order? Is it morally permissible or morally excusable to kill civilians in war with invisible combatants inside those civilians? What is the difference between voluntary and involuntary human shields? Should voluntary human shields be considered legitimate targets or excluded from proportionality calculations?
I believe that civilians who voluntarily shield this invisible Coronavirus and do not report to the legitimate authorities or take an active role in the conflict to protect the virus or spread the virus (combatant) make them legitimate targets. Put these combatants behind bars, but if they act against police officials, there is no mercy. Act of war is justified.
The author takes full responsibility for his writing as there can not be any love without fear. Humanity is challenged by an invisible enemy, and whosoever protects this enemy and does not obey the order. But, then, they do not have the right to live for the sake of humanity. I know many may have different opinions. The law of the land should decide at the earliest to save humanity.

Who so ever do not obey the order must face the consequences of a war-like situation. Therefore, I accept the theory of Mao Tse-Tung that "Who is your friend and who is your enemy, this is the first question of revolution." To decide any action, this is a vital lesson.
Right or wrong, in this case, scientists may decide what is right and what is wrong. Next, politicians in parliament will argue and then decide what is good for the people. Finally, executives will implement the decision of these politicians in a democratic system.
For each person, it is difficult to know and understand what is right and wrong. So no argument, by rich or poor, educated or uneducated, black or white, is accepted. All must obey the order.
Politicians are the people who are given responsibility by the people to decide on their behalf. So whoever is not obeying the order is an enemy of the society and people. Therefore, these people who are disobeying should be treated as enemies.
As we all are fighting an invisible enemy, it is assumed that this invisible enemy is in these people who are disobeying the orders of politicians of their nations. But, instead, these politicians are acting as per the information given by United Nations and World Health Organisations.
These enemies are not wearing any special dress. They are only invisible enemy carriers. To kill these invisible, we may have to kill those carrying these Invisibles inside by disobeying the orders.
It may look anti-democratic, but when many may die due to this invisible enemy, humanity and history may ask those responsible for protecting humanity. Sometimes fear must be imbibed to obey the order or love. The Sooner it is accepted better it is.

 Miller-Idriss is professor and director of research at the Polarization and Extremism Research and Innovation Lab (PERIL) at American University. Miller, whose lab is partnering with a CP3 grantee, also credits the program for embracing a local response. But she notes that after the attack on the Capitol, it has become clear that lies, misinformation and hate are no longer only driving individuals to commit acts of violence. Idriss-Miller says they are contributing to the corrosion of American democracy, itself.

"I am generally an optimist by nature, but I'm not optimistic that the scale of the investment that the United States has made on this problem or the way we define it has a chance at really making a difference here."

Miller-Idriss says countries such as Germany and New Zealand have responded to similar threats with investments that dwarf what the Biden administration has directed toward the prevention of domestic terrorism. She says those approaches take a far more sweeping approach to building social cohesion, involving multiple agencies such as education and health, and in so doing they also mitigate against the threat of violence.

"The Germans call it defensive democracy – that you don't prevent extremism by targeting only the fringe," she said. Literature is full of German genocide resulting in German guilt. Information starts from Hitler's rise in politics by democratic means and then World War II.
Read Eichmann in Jerusalem by Hannah Arendt and The Question of German Guilt by Karl Jaspers, and many books and movies on genocide.

No human being can be so blind to follow the Fuehrer and commit heinous crimes. There should be some exploitation, emotions of revenge, reasons to generate hatred in one community against the other. No doubt politicians in democracy use these emotions to add fuel to the fire.

I believe victor may not always be right. Is literature silent on atrocities committed by Jews? No conflict can be explained by one side's propaganda.

The reaction of police to kill criminal Vikas Dubey must be considered after evaluating the history of crimes committed by the criminal.

Congress tried to brainwash Indians for a long time. Democracy must change governance in 10-20 years.

In many Indian provinces, governance changes in 5-10 years. In states where governance did not change in 5-10 years, corruption corrupted people, and goons took over. For example, in Uttar Pradesh, governance changed, but each political party exploited more and earned more money, for the center was more corrupt, and money was shared between all.

I thought I'd just give a quick update from my own research regarding the hate crimes dataset. I contacted the Henderson Police station a week or so ago to try to find out some more information regarding hate crimes carried out in New Zealand; this request was then put through to the Auckland media team, then to the national media team (as you can imagine I heard a lot of hold music) then I was told that the best bet for finding out this sort of information (which is difficult due to the legislation which I'm sure you are all aware of) is making an Offical Information Act request. So I did.
Long story short, I got a call today from the people who process this request, and the only information they can provide regarding this sort of thing due to the limited legislation surrounding it (an argument for including Hate Crimes in the criminal act if I've ever heard it) is the open data found on the police website
This splits down crimes into demographics. But, as I'm sure you can imagine, this isn't really helpful at all. Just because someone is a certain something (gender, 'race,' age, etc.) does not mean that it was a hate crime. It could just be a shit coincidence.
So once again, long story short. There isn't much in police data, which I suppose itself is interesting, if not frustrating. Just in case I could save you from the hold music."

The importance of communication is also important. Sometimes hatred is due to misunderstanding. For example, look at the photo shown.


The man doesn't know that there is a snake underneath.
The woman doesn't know that there is a stone crushing the man.
The woman thinks: “I am going to fall! and I can't climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can't the man use a little more strength and pull me up!"
The man thinks: “I am in so much pain! Yet I'm still pulling you as much as I can! why don't you try and climb a little harder?!" The moral is that you can't see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can't see the pain you're in.
This is life; no matter whether it's with work, family, feelings, or friends, we should understand each other.
Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly, and communicate better.
A little thought and patience go a long way.

Democracy must ban fake news, and there must be some punishment, but media should not be owned by some elites only in the world.  Al Jazeera is not situated in India. In a democracy, the opposition is always vibrant. Many times opposition criticizes by saying to people that Himachal Pradesh has taken electricity from the water and given water to the neighboring states like Punjab and Haryana. It is because of this quality of water, this water reduces the farming yield of crops.

 I think hate news like this can not help democracy. The media must decide between democracy and dictatorship. The media must favor between good and evil, truth and untruth. It shall be a pleasure to listen to media on the Tabligui event of Delhi, which has spread havoc on the Corona Virus.
