Mob killed an unarmed Sadhu in India in the presence of a Police officer. This police officer was a typical Indian policeman who will not interfere till a crime is committed. Later on, he may bargain for the money to arrest culprits. I have seen five cases of police failure of justice in India. 1 Chandigarh 1968, 2. Harig India, Mohan Nagar 3. Aggarwal - Vinedale Distilleries versus Kishore Chhabria - Mumbai High court papers 4. Mohan Nagar worker's strike 2007 5. Video of Sadhu lynching. I agree that Himachal Police and Andhra Police are not that corrupt.
